Cleaning Services Manager

Overview

Cassa-Mia’s Cleaning Services is looking for a Full-Time Cleaning Services Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $37.00/hour plus bonuses, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Cassa-Mia’s Cleaning Services

·         Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

·         Plan and control budget and inventory

·         Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

·         Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

·         Hire, train and supervise staff

·         As needed, perform duties of workers supervised (cleaning, supervising).

Job Requirements:

·         Must have a valid driver’s licence

·         Minimum 2 years of experience working for a cleaning company, with some supervisory experience

·         Some office experience will be helpful to complete managerial paperwork

·         Language in the workplace is English
