Retail Store Supervisor

Overview

Circle K is looking for a Full-Time Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week, $30.00 to $36.00/hour, with benefits.

Job Description:

·         Support daily operations of the convenience store and fuel station to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.

·         Supervise, train, and coach team members in accordance with Circle K procedures and service standards.

·         Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated questions, issues, or complaints.

·         Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and ensure accurate stock rotation following company guidelines.

·         Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with Circle K brand standards.

·         Ensure proper cash handling, perform till counts, monitor variances, and complete end-of-shift paperwork.

·         Observe security cameras and monitor store and forecourt activity to deter theft and promote a safe environment.

·         Enforce safety and compliance procedures related to fuel dispensing, hazardous materials, age-restricted sales, and emergency protocols.

·         Conduct routine inspections of the store, restrooms, and forecourt to identify safety or maintenance issues and report them promptly.

·         Assist with employee scheduling, onboarding, and performance feedback.

·         Help drive sales by promoting Circle K programs, upselling, and supporting promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2-3 years of retail/convenience store experience

·         Completion of High School

·         Must be willing to work night/graveyard shifts

·         Language in the workplace is English
