Paving Leads

Overview

Carmacks Enterprises Ltd is looking for three (3) Full-Time Paving Leads (NOC 72021)! This is a full-time position with 44 hours per week. We offer year-round and seasonal contracts.

Anticipated start date is Spring 2026 for seasonal contracts.

Job Description:

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of paving equipment operators, helpers, labourers

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers

·         Requisition materials and supplies

·         Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

·         Train or arrange for training of workers

·         Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions

·         Prepare production and other reports

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3-5 years of paving work experience or related.

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $43.00 per hour, 44 hours per week

·         Emergency travel benefits

·         Travel expenses to various worksites are paid by the employer

Job Location:

Various work sites throughout Alberta. Office located at 701 25 Avenue, Nisku, AB T9E 0C1
