Hairdressing Salon Manager

Overview

Chatters Calgary East Hill is looking for a Full-Time Hairdressing Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $34.00 to $36.00/hour.

Job Description:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Chatters East Hill

·         Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

·         Plan and control budget and inventory

·         Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

·         Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

·         Hire, train and supervise staff

·         As needed, perform hairstyling duties.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience as Hairstylist

·         Must have an Alberta Hairstylist Licence – Red Seal

·         Experience and training as a hairstylist, Redken colour experience and Haur Botox certificate is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English
