Food and Beverage Service Supervisor

Overview

Kelly O’Bryan’s Neighbourhood Restaurant Courtenay is looking for a Full-Time Food and Beverage Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $20.00/hour.

Job Description:

·         Train food and drink service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Ensure that enough staff are scheduled daily

·         Greet customers at the door and seat them at tables

·         Ensure the customers experience from beginning to end is a pleasurable one

·         Ensure closing duties are completed and the restaurant is secured at the end of shift

·         Amicably resolve any issues with upset/disgruntled customers

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry

·         Serving it Right Certification or ability to obtain one

·         Language in the workplace is English
