Responsibilities

Tasks
• Support Executive Chef in all kitchen operations.
• Supervise line cooks and prep staff.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe testing.
• Oversee food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
