Overview

Casawise Property Management is looking for a Full-Time Marketing and Business Development Specialist (NOC 11202)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property advertising strategies and maintain high occupancy rates

·         Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of Casawise Property Management

·         Advise on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies

·         Respond to prospective tenant inquiries through lead management systems and provide detailed information on properties and rental terms

·         Source and secure new property management clients through networking, direct outreach, and lead generation

·         Build partnerships with real estate agents, property investors, and property owners to drive company growth

·         Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them

·         Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials

·         Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics

·         Represent Casawise at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand awareness.

·         Provide insights on market trends and recommend strategies to expand Casawise’s client base.

Job Requirements:

·         College diploma in business marketing, public relations – or equivalent work experience in marketing and business administration

·         Previous experience working with a property management company is an asset

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

·         Goal-driven with a passion for business development and company growth

·         Language in the workplace is English
