Food Counter Attendant

Overview

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill – Kamloops is looking for three (3) Full-Time Food Counter Attendants (NOC 65201)! This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, $17.85/hour.

Job Description:

Take customers’ orders
Serve customers at counters
Receive payment for food items purchased
Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
Keep records of the quantities of food used
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Clear and clean tables and trays in eating establishments
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Job Requirements:

On-the-job training is provided
Previous food service experience is an asset
Language in the workplace is English
