Wendy’s (Vernon) is looking for seven (7) Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020-2)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $18.27 per hour, with extended health benefits after 3 months of working. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Job Description:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customer’s complaints and concerns
As necessary, perform duties of the workers supervised positions
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
Completion of high school or equivalent
Language in the workplace is English
