●      Follow all Occupational Health and Safety procedures – your safety is our number one priority

●      Arrive to work on time- punctuality is key

●      Check guests in for Via Ferrata tours

●      Assist guests with rentals and keep track of inventory.

●      Be available to work days, evenings and/or weekends

●      Use friendly, outgoing communication with both Guests and Co-workers.

●      Possess the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced working environment

●      Follow procedures in accordance with appearance and uniform standards

●      Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient, friendly service

●      Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, alerting your supervisor or manager if you need to do so

●      Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas

●      Ensure you are employing accurate cash handling skills

●      Up sell sightseeing tickets, Via Ferrata tours and other Norquay products and services

●      Help all guests and employees with any inquires

●      Continuously clean and tidy the front and back office, bathrooms, kitchen, tables, counter space, and other common areas

●      Recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

●      Take initiative on completing all tasks, as well as additional work, especially during the quiet hours

●      Have a thorough knowledge of Norquay and surrounding areas for guests

●      Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner, and return all voicemail messages left overnight
