Specific Skills
Perform maintenance and light repairs. Perform light cleaning e.g., dusting and floor sweeping. Report major needs of repair. Fixing minor furniture dents, equipment, and appliances. Take over emergency task (e.g., snow removal). Empty waste containers. Wash windows, ceilings, and interiors. Landscaping duties include watering of plants, trimming and watering.
