Senior Barber

Overview

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Sunridge is looking for four (4) Full-Time Senior Barbers (NOC 63210)! This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week, $35.40/hour, with benefits and bonuses.

Job Description:

• Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences

• Shave and trim beards and moustaches

• Supervise and train junior barbers

• May shampoo hair and provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and may also provide scalp conditioning massages

• Suggest hairstyle compatible with client’s physical features or determine style from client’s in-structions and preferences

• Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treat-ments for scalp and hair

• Book appointments and order supplies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience

• Must have Alberta Hairstyling Licence (or equivalent)

• Language in the workplace is English
