Kitchen/Baker Helper

Overview

Sweet Capone’s Italian Bakery and Cannoli Shop is looking for two (2) Full-Time Kitchen/Baker Helpers (NOC 65201)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32-40 hours per week, $17.00/hour, plus tips and performance-based raises.

Job Description:

Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods
Measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and decorate finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
Perform duties to assist bakers and kitchen staff, as needed.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery/kitchen is an asset
Completion of High School is an asset
Language in the workplace is English
