Responsibilities

Tasks

 

·        Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory

·        Work with culinary team members to develop recipes and organization systems

·        Prepare and food for daily catering requirements as well as cooking off-site for events

·        Support and assist training of kitchen staff

·        Requisition food and kitchen supplies

·        Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

·        Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces as instructed by a Head Chef or Supervisor

·        Preforming any other duties and tasks as instructed by a Head Chef or Management
