Car Wash Supervisor

Overview

Skogie’s on Clement is looking for Full-Time Car Wash Supervisor (NOC 62024)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $24.04/hour, with benefits. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of car wash attendants

• Provide training to new staff on car washing techniques, equipment usage, safety procedures, and customer service expectations

• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are met

• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments

• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience

• Solicit customer feedback to continually improve service and ensure a high level of satisfaction

• As needed, perform duties of workers supervised – clean interior and exterior of automobiles, operate cleaning machines, shampoo upholstery

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as car wash attendant or related

• Language in the workplace is English
