Overview

Hope Taxi is looking for a Full-Time Office Manager (NOC 13100)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $34.62/hour.

Job Description:

• Manage the overall office operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient function-ing.

• Coordinate and schedule drivers for trips and assignments.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

• Manage all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Assign and allocate trips to drivers based on availability and efficiency.

• Oversee the dispatch of drivers and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.

• Handle the renewal of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Hire and onboard new drivers to maintain staffing levels.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company’s fleet to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

• Report directly to senior management on company operations, driver performance, and other key metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a minimum post-secondary certificate in business or related

• Must have 2 years of office admin or taxi dispatch experience, or related

• Language in the workplace is English
