Specific Skills
Follow work schedules and procedures. Requisition supplies for dining room area. Maintain records of costumer’s consumption, inventory. Cleaning bar equipment and coffee station (no limited to the other duties). Maintain records of cleanliness, temperatures equipment and health protocols. Finish daily clean list. For opening, during and closed shift. Prepare tables for costumers or for special guests or functions. Keep communication between costumers and kitchen staff for dishes with food allergies or intolerances. Cleaning of work area (sweep, wipe, mop, scrub, etc.). Do dishes. Ensure that cutlery and glasses and dishes are clean before each service. Be polite and friendly with costumers. Take calls (reservations, take-out orders, etc.). Able of lifting 50 pounds. Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders. Receipt of food orders and store supplies as is required. Customer service. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections. Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed. Able to take decisions in relation with job duties, able to contribute ideas, lead a team and is constantly updated to bring that special touch to what you will prepare. present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Order and maintain inventory of drinks and glassware. Serve food and beverages.
