GRM Inc is looking for a Full-Time Lead Contract Administrator (NOC 12102)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

·         Support Regional Managers in the creation of seasonal contracts.

·         Administer independent contractor agreements and Schedule C agreements.

·         Support the onboarding and education of new Preferred Partners in an internal software program.

·         Ensure preferred partner compliance documents are accurate and up to date.

·         Receive and enter contractor activity logs, ensuring completeness and established deadlines are received.

·         Support the bid management process.

·         Support procurement and Regional Managers by providing quotes for projects as requested by facility managers.

·         Support work order management process during peak seasons.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum completion of college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience as a purchasing clerk or as an administrative clerk, or related

·         Strong organizational and planning skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize.

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.

·         Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·         An eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and omissions immediately.

·         The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·         Language in the workplace is English

·         Annual salary $72,800 to $76,200, depending on experience

Job Location:
