Responsibilities
Tasks
· Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
· Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
· Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
· Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policy
· Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
· Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to cleaning services
· Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed
