Sales Manager

Overview

Bubbles Car Wash and Detail Centre is looking for two (2) Full-Time Sales Managers (NOC 60020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

• Plan, direct and evaluate sales and services operations of Bubbles Car Wash and Detail Centre

• Manage staff and assign duties

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales

• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies

• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues

• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

• Review reports on sales volumes and targets

• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff

• Work with, supervise, train and co-ordinate activities of workers to perform the services sold (car wash & auto detailing)

• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales

• Strong leadership qualities

• Must be willing to work weekends (we operate Monday to Saturday)

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service

• Previous experience in automotive or car wash industry is an asset

• Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

• Annual salary of $70,000 to $72,000

• Extended medical and dental benefits available after 1 year of work.
