· Relay emails and phone calls to intended receivers
· Issue bills and receive payment from the clients
· In- charge of room booking and or room cancellation
· Process guest/s arrival and departures
· Follow emergency and safety procedures
· Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities
· Perform cash balancing, cash reports and related forms.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints
