Retail Store Manager

Overview

Bean Cannabis Shop is looking for a Full-Time Retail Store Manager (NOC 60020)! This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description:

·         Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Bean Cannabis Shop Kamloops

·         Manage staff and assign duties

·         Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales

·         Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies

·         Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies

·         Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues

·         Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

·         Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum completion of high school

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervisory or management

·         Previous experience in the cannabis industry is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English

We offer:

·         $34.62 per hour, 30-40 hours per week

·         After 3 months: dental and extended medical
