Basha Donair & Shawarma Kelowna is looking for two Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $18.27 per hour, plus tips.

Job Description:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and food counter attendants
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules for workers
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
Completion of high school or equivalent experience

Language in the workplace is English
