Overview
Ascendent Technology Group – Infiniti Electro Optics is looking for a Full-Time IT Support & Production Technician (NOC 22221)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week, $30.00 to $32.00/hour (negotiable).
Job Description:
• Provide phone or email support to end customers seeking technical advice and guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by local users and end customers; document technical problems and solutions.
• Provide maintenance and upgrade recommendations to keep all IT assets up to date.
• Coordinate with other technicians and specialists to formulate solutions and address the soft-ware and hardware system challenges.
• Supporting and maintaining all computers, servers, network devices, cloud services, and IT in-frastructure.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of a Computer Technology diploma or related
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Good communication skills both in writing and speaking
• A high degree of customer service
• Previous experience with advanced infrared camera systems and electro-optics is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
