Additional Skills
• To supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food at Basil Ultimate Pho and Fine Vietnamese Cuisine;
• To address customers’ complaints or concerns
• To oversee and organize activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• To order and estimate ingredients and supplies for Basil Ultimate Pho and Fine Vietnamese Cuisine;
• To make sure and oversee the food service and quality control;
• To maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage for Basil Ultimate Pho and Fine Vietnamese Cuisine ;
• Prepare and submit reports;
• To organize and develop order summaries;
• Be knowledgeable of the Basil Ultimate Pho and Fine Vietnamese Cuisines’ culinary genres;
• Supervise and check assembly of trays, deliveries and orders;
• To train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; and
• To organize work schedules for the team.
